The Big Heart Brigade of the Treasure Coast

is a 501 (c) (3) organization serving those in need in Martin, St. Lucie and Indian River counties. In 1992, a few local businessmen and residents who wanted to make a difference in the community came together and founded this very diverse and unique group. Over the years, police and fire professionals, community leaders, and other citizens who are dedicated to a “hands on” service spirit have since joined the organization--as board members and volunteers. The Big Heart Brigade of the Treasure Coast is a 100% volunteer organization and has no paid administrators or board members. Every dollar that is raised goes directly back into the community, thereby maximizing the impact of every dollar.
